Should You Need To Send A Complaint

  1. We confirm receipt of your complaint within 5 days
  2. We look into your complaint and send a repsonse within one month. Either way we wil lsend you a rewpsonse if we cannot bring closure to the complaint
  3. Should we be unable to resolve with a final repsonse within two months, we will write to you and explain the reasons why and when you can expect a resolution.
  4. After the two month period should your complaint not be resolved or you are not satisfied with the resolution, you can write to:

    Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS)
    South Quay Plaza

    London
    E14 9SR  

    It is required for you to send a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman within a six month period from the final resolution date.
